工學(xué)博士,合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士生導(dǎo)師/博士生導(dǎo)師、CIFST-食品裝備與智能制造分會(huì)理事、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+智能化食品產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)院(安徽省級(jí))負(fù)責(zé)人、皖南特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工研究與應(yīng)用中心主任等,為《Foods》雜志“識(shí)別方向”客座編輯、《Food Chem.》《J. Food Eng.》等TOP刊物審稿人、“國家自然科學(xué)基金委”“江西省科技廳”等項(xiàng)目評(píng)審專家。

長期從事“食品質(zhì)量光聲智能識(shí)別與裝備”“肉品物理加工與品質(zhì)安全控制”方面的科學(xué)研究與人才培養(yǎng)工作,在特征數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、復(fù)雜圖像處理、智能識(shí)別系統(tǒng)與裝備集成創(chuàng)新、以及拔尖人才培養(yǎng)等方面取得了突出成就。主持承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金(面上、青年各1項(xiàng))、地區(qū)重大委托專項(xiàng)等10余項(xiàng);發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文40余篇,獲授權(quán)專利13件、軟著2項(xiàng);完成識(shí)別系統(tǒng)及裝置3臺(tái)(套);2022年獲CIFST科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(9/10)。

作為第一導(dǎo)師,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生獲“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”國賽金獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(校史首金)、國賽銅獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),“挑戰(zhàn)杯”國賽金獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),其它省部級(jí)以上競賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)30項(xiàng);先后獲評(píng)為教育部“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”雙創(chuàng)競賽優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師、安徽省“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”雙創(chuàng)競賽優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師(連續(xù)4年)、“挑戰(zhàn)杯”安徽省級(jí)優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)教師等10項(xiàng);主持完成2019年安徽省教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(1/3),主筆完成2022年安徽省教學(xué)成果特等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(2/8);育人成果及事跡被人民日?qǐng)?bào)、安徽日?qǐng)?bào)等主流媒體相繼報(bào)道。
