2015年6月畢業(yè)于安徽農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)茶樹生物學(xué)與資源利用國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。2019年6月畢業(yè)于合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2019.07.25-2021.10.8在合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)地質(zhì)學(xué)流動(dòng)站進(jìn)行博士后研究工作。主要從事植物基農(nóng)產(chǎn)品外泌體的開發(fā)與功能挖掘、食品活性因子傳輸體系設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用、腸道營養(yǎng)健康領(lǐng)域的研究工作。近年來,主持及參與國家自然科學(xué)基金、安徽省科技重大專項(xiàng)、博士后面上項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文20余篇(其中一篇入選Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry封面論文),授權(quán)發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng)
