李晗,2017年9月-2024年6月就讀于大連工業(yè)大學(xué)國家海洋食品工程技術(shù)研究中心,獲食品科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2024年7月進入合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院工作。近5年,在ACS Nano, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry等國際食品學(xué)術(shù)期刊上累計發(fā)表高水平論文20篇,其中以第一作者發(fā)表10篇,參與國家級科研項目3項,授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利1項。
