 <br>基于基因編輯的酵母工程菌改造,提高乙醇產(chǎn)率、耐脅迫能力,增加底物的利用率;采用代謝工程和系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)原理,改造微生物代謝路徑提高NAD及輔酶A等高附加值輔因子的表達和積累;改造菌種代謝路徑提高微生物氨基酸積累和表達。
<br>2.食品酶工程和益生菌開發(fā)
<br>適應(yīng)于黃曲霉毒素、嘔吐毒素和玉米赤霉烯酮等生物毒素降解新酶的開發(fā)和創(chuàng)制;采用機器學(xué)習(xí)和分子對接等方法設(shè)計和創(chuàng)制新型人工酶;開發(fā)適用于飼料和食品的功能性益生菌,包括酵母、乳酸菌和枯草芽孢桿菌等。
