楊靜文,理學(xué)博士,合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)食品與生物工程學(xué)院講師,生物制藥與酶工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室骨干成員。2011年于吉林大學(xué)分子酶學(xué)工程教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室獲博士學(xué)位,期間曾赴丹麥奧胡斯大學(xué)生物化學(xué)工程系開展聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)研究。長期從事基于蛋白質(zhì)工程的酶分子改造與固定化、酶的高效表達(dá)與工程化制備以及酶催化在功能糖、生物基材料和生物制造領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用研究。

近年來,圍繞機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)輔助酶理性設(shè)計(jì)、定向進(jìn)化與多尺度計(jì)算分析相結(jié)合的策略,在蔗糖酶、右旋糖酐蔗糖酶、脂肪酶、轉(zhuǎn)氨酶等多類工業(yè)酶的底物特異性調(diào)控、穩(wěn)定性提升及催化效率增強(qiáng)方面取得系列進(jìn)展。主持安徽省科技創(chuàng)新攻堅(jiān)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、安徽省自然科學(xué)基金面上及青年項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)科研課題,并承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)企業(yè)橫向合作項(xiàng)目。以第一作者或通訊作者在ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry等期刊發(fā)表論文多篇,相關(guān)成果獲安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)。

兼任安徽省藥學(xué)會(huì)制藥工程專業(yè)委員會(huì)副秘書長、中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)工業(yè)專業(yè)分會(huì)委員。
