安徽省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系崗位專家,安徽省省級科技特派員,國家自然科學基金委評審專家。2013年3月畢業(yè)于浙江大學食品科學專業(yè)獲工學博士學位。主要從事果蔬采后生理與貯運加工、微藻資源開發(fā)與綜合利用、腸道營養(yǎng)健康領(lǐng)域的研究工作。近年來,主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃子課題、安徽省科技重大專項等項目10余項。以第一/通訊作者發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文50余篇(入選全球Top 1%“ESI”高引論文),以第一完成人獲安徽省科學技術(shù)進步二等獎1項。
