鄭磊,博士/研究員,博士生導師,現(xiàn)任合肥工業(yè)大學校長,“黃山學者”特聘教授、“食品安全”中青年創(chuàng)新群體帶頭人。本科及碩士、博士均畢業(yè)于中國科學技術大學,“郭沫若獎”獲得者。現(xiàn)為校學位委員會委員、校學術委員會委員兼生化材料學部主任、安徽省色譜分析學會理事長、安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)與質(zhì)量安全產(chǎn)業(yè)技術體系副首席專家、中國細胞生物學會生物節(jié)律專業(yè)委員會委員、國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局(CFDA)特殊醫(yī)學用途配方食品/特殊膳食食品抽檢監(jiān)測牽頭工作專家委員會委員,《科技導報》、《食品科學》、《食品工業(yè)科技》等核心期刊編委,省部級重點實驗室學術委員會委員。

主要從事食品安全分析檢測、腸道營養(yǎng)健康研究,以及物質(zhì)科學與生命科學交叉領域的研究工作,主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃“食品安全重點專項”項目“糧油食品供應鏈危害物識別與防控技術研究”等項目十余項,以第一完成人獲省部級科技獎勵一等獎1項、三等獎1項,參與制修訂國家標準6項,發(fā)表高質(zhì)量論文100余篇。指導的研究生獲安徽省“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽金獎和全國“研究生智慧城市技術與創(chuàng)意設計大賽”優(yōu)勝獎。
