倪永升,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)博士、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、國家級高層次人才團(tuán)隊(duì)骨干教師、全國高校黃大年式教師團(tuán)隊(duì)核心成員。教育部博、碩研究生學(xué)位論文函評專家、安徽省畜禽屠宰質(zhì)量管理專家、安徽省黃山學(xué)者學(xué)術(shù)骨干、河南省中原食品實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)骨干、泉州市科技特派員、中國食品科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會會員、中國糧油學(xué)會會員等。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槿馄芳庸ぁ①A藏保鮮及安全控制,主持國家級項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、省部級項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)、校級項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、企業(yè)橫向2項(xiàng),參與國家級項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng),參加國際會議多次。授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利10余項(xiàng),編寫國家級專著/教材3部。曾獲陜西省優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文,福建省優(yōu)秀碩士學(xué)位論文,福建省科技進(jìn)步獎二等獎,山東省優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,福建省優(yōu)秀志愿者,國家獎學(xué)金(本--3連貫)等榮譽(yù)。擔(dān)任國際期刊《Foods》客座編輯,《Journal of Future Foods》青年編委,Advanced Composites and Hybrid MaterialsChemical Engineering JournalApplied Catalysis B-Environment and EnergyFood Hydrocolloids知名期刊審稿人等,Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryComprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food SafetyTrends in Food Science & TechnologyCritical Reviews in Food Science and NutritionFood ChemistryCarbohydrate PolymersAnalytical ChemistryChemical Engineering JournalJournal of Hazardous MaterialLWT-Food Science and Technology等國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,其中ESI 1%高被引論文1篇,Nature index論文1篇,封面論文1篇,IF > 10論文14
