本課題組圍繞微量金屬元素在體內(nèi)的吸收過程及生理功能展開研究,以黑腹果蠅為研究模型,建立起了一套有特色的研究方向和方法,并取得階段性成果:1)發(fā)現(xiàn)了目前唯一的分泌途徑鐵轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白,建立腸道內(nèi)鐵吸收的分泌途徑,揭示了鐵吸收經(jīng)典途徑與分泌途徑之間存在競爭關(guān)系的新機制;2)闡明了不同微量金屬元素的生理功能及相互影響的分子機制;3)闡明一些食品活性成分調(diào)節(jié)腸道功能及生理障礙的分子機制。在 PNAS (2013)、Elife (2014)、Cell Reports (2019)、Oncogene (2021)、Cell Death & Disease (2019,2021)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(2023)、meat science(2023)、BMC biology (2021, 2023) 、Food&Function(2021)等學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表 30余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,被 Nat Rev Dis Primers、Lancet Neurol 等一流綜述期刊正面評述,相關(guān)成果獲得 Faculty Opinions (F1000Prime )推薦,單篇最高他引 98 次;參與著作出版2部;獲授權(quán)(或申請)國家發(fā)明專利7項。
